Drop Scones - Nestle

Alternate name is Doremon Red Bean Bun.

Preparation: 10mins
Cooking: 15mins
Serving: 24pieces

Ingredients A:-
2/3 cup Rice Flour, sieved
1/2 cup Infant Cereal Rice
1 1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Ingredients B:-
1 Egg, beaten well
1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1/4 tsp Vanilla Essessce
1/4 cup Raisins, minced

Cooking Method:-
1. Add ingredients A in a mixing bowl.
2. As you stir, gradually add in ingredients B.
3. Stir until the mixture becomes a thick batter.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease the pan with a little oil.
5. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into the pan.
6. Cook over a low heat until bubbles begin to burst on the surface.
7. Turn over and cook the other side.
8. Serve hot with jams, red bean puree or honey if desires
